Ongoing Sink Hole Problem 1/24/2023

Sink hole repair work at entrance

There has been an ongoing issue with a sink hole at the entrance of Wood Creek for a number of years. It has been excavated for a third time in an attemp to to repair it again. The work may take a while due to testing from the state.

Verizon Fios Coming to wood creek 1/8/22

Verizon Fios

The Board has confirmed that Verizon is installing Fios in our neighborhood currently and will be available for order after all installation is complete.

Delmarva Power Construction 11/18/21

New Electric Main Being Installed

Due to a failing electric line Delmarva Power is currently boring a new electric main through the neighborhood. Please contact our maintenance director, Rick Rokita at 302-740-9123 with any questions. 

New stop signs located at greenwood & bluegrass

New Stop signs in wood creek

In the effort to reduce the speeding problem we have in our community a three way stop was installed at the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Bluegrass. Please be mindful when driving in the neighborhood as we do not have sidewalks and the community was designed with wider roads for a shared  throughway for pedestrians and vehicles. please contact our maintenance director Rick Rokita at 302-740-9123 for any questions or concerns.
