Current Board members

Nestled in the bustling suburbs of Pike Creek, DE. Wood Creek is a traditional neighborhood that fosters the growth of family, friends, & community.

Wood Creek is a deed restricted community in the hills of Pike Creek between Wilmington and Newark Delaware.

Carousel Park is located across Route 7 and south of Wood Creek.

Wood Creek has a county maintained ball field & parking lot within the development and a county maintained walking path through the woods that are located on the north/north eastern edge of the development.

The Wood Creek Civic Association is an organization for the residents in the community of Wood Creek, located in Pike creek, DE. Our purpose is to maintain the quality of our neighborhood and better the sense of our community through the active membership of our neighbors. The organization maintains our necessary needs and provides insight to events and activities that pertain to our neighborhood.
